Our standard shipping time is 2-3 business days, with an additional 24 hours for processing. Once your order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be emailed to you. We accept exchanges for damaged items within (Makeup/hair tools & hair) categories. Please ensure items are not tampered with in any way, as tampered claims will not be honored. To initiate an exchange, please fill out the contact form on our website within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number and pictures of the damaged items. Once received, please allow 48 hours for us to review your claim. If your claim is accepted for an exchange, we will promptly send out your replacement item(s).
